:: This multi-layered landscape master plan is a new model for Chinese Housing - it is part of an environmentally sensitive development that wholly integrates with the surrounding tropical landscape.

:: The "mountain" layer includes rustic hiking trails leading to a clubhouse level and a series of inspirational viewpoints.

:: A "water spine" connects the development through both the north/south and east/west axis.

:: Smaller pedestrian promenades bisect the waterways and create a path system inspired by the archtiectural design of the buildings. Benches, seat walls, turf mounds and water features provide ample gathering spaces for the community.
